About Us

We're building the next generation of behavioral change tools to make user adoption a competitive advantage. Because great change starts with people. And great people deserve tools that work the way they do.

Who We Are

At Adoptio™, we believe true transformation happens when people are empowered through change. Our frameworks, tools, and training are designed to strengthen how organizations adopt technology and evolve in today’s digital world. By supporting the people at the center of every transformation effort, we help organizations turn change into lasting value.

What We Do

Adoptio™ builds enablement systems for sales teams, project managers, and implementation teams working on digital transformation (DX) initiatives. Whether you're selling DX solutions or leading internal adoption efforts, our SHIFT Model and AdoptioIQ™ knowledge system provide a behavioral blueprint for success. We don’t just help teams manage change—we help them activate adoption.

Where We Work

Adoptio is part of oneBEAM Consulting, headquartered in the U.S., with tools and training used globally. Our approach is digital-first, scalable, and designed for teams working across locations, industries, and complexity levels. From frontline reps to executive sponsors, we help teams align, activate, and deliver.

Why It Matters

Most digital transformation projects fail due to poor user adoption. Adoptio™ exists to close that gap. With decades of real-world experience and field-tested behavioral tools, we help teams unlock the human side of change and make adoption measurable, achievable, and sustainable.

How We Work

We don’t drop in with a rigid playbook—we co-build dynamic systems that work within your reality.

Every Adoptio™ engagement begins by understanding the friction, alignment gaps, and behavioral signals already present in your teams. From there, we tailor tools and training tracks that empower users to move forward with confidence, clarity, and measurable traction.

We believe transformation isn’t something you push on people—it’s something you activate with them.

Who We Serve

We serve the people who carry digital transformation on their backs—often without enough support. If you’ve ever had to sell, implement, or lead change in a fast-moving environment, Adoptio™ was built for you.

  • Sales Reps ready to own post-sale success and stand out as trusted advisors
  • Project Managers racing timelines but still expected to ensure long-term adoption
  • Implementation Teams navigating resistance and rework in real time
  • Change Leaders & Sponsors who want more than frameworks—they want activation

Adoptio™ gives these people a shared language, strategy, and system for making transformation stick.

Our Story

The Looks That Launched Adoptio™

Welcome to the Rollout. Please Panic Responsibly.

Inspired by a true story: It was supposed to be Day One of training. The trainer walked in ready to teach—only to discover the users had no idea new software was even coming. Confused faces. Folded arms. And one unforgettable response: “Wait… what?” There was no rollout plan, no communication strategy—just a schedule and a hope that they'd comply. That moment flipped everything. It wasn’t a training problem. It was a people problem… and no one had planned for it.

The Stat That Haunts Us All

We knew user adoption was a challenge—but seeing it quantified this clearly was a gut punch. When 70% of DX initiatives fail and one of the top 3 reasons is lack of adoption, you stop treating it like an end-user issue. You start designing for it from the start.

The Moment It Hit Us

This wasn’t just frustrating. It was failure, happening in real time.

That stat hit hard, but seeing it play out hit harder. Across departments, users weren’t just annoyed—they were shocked, angry, disconnected. These weren’t people resisting change. They were people blindsided by it. That emotional gap between plan and reality became the catalyst for everything Adoptio™ would become.

The Disconnect That Sparked a Framework

The idea behind Adoptio™ was born from a persistent frustration observed inside organizations trying to modernize: the Human Element of change was not being addressed. But who owns that? And where does it begin?

Small to mid-sized companies selling digital transformation solutions were often stretched thin and didn’t prioritize change management. Salespeople pitched platforms without fully understanding delivery requirements, while project teams wore multiple hats and lacked the tools to keep everyone aligned. This was the gap—between what sales teams promised and what implementation teams could realistically deliver.

Everyone was trying to do the right thing—but without a shared playbook built on a strategy for user adoption, alignment crumbled, projects failed, and client trust eroded.

That’s when the idea behind Adoptio™ started to form.

The Frustrated User

Users weren’t being trained, supported, or involved in the process in a meaningful way. These moments weren’t edge cases—they were everywhere. The emotional cost of poor adoption wasn’t just felt in productivity, but in morale, credibility, and team culture.

The Spark of Insight

That experience reframed the founder's mission: not just to help companies deliver systems, but to help people adopt them.

At the time, an avatar-based behavioral system was being architected on top of what would become the Adoptio™ framework—a kind of digital twin designed to observe how users behave, adapt in real-time, and trigger actions automatically. It was the first signal that adoption could be engineered.

One whiteboard. One moment. One truth: adoption had to be engineered, not expected.

A Pivotal Breach

One unexpected moment added fuel to this journey. While working from a home office, the founder heard the family’s Furbo dog camera inexplicably begin launching treats—again and again, without prompt. It quickly became clear that no family member was triggering it. What initially seemed like a comical tech glitch turned into something more serious, as the possibility of an IoT device hack became real. Within the week, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) made contact.

What the Breach Exposed

That moment—equal parts surreal and sobering—exposed how deeply intertwined behavior, automation, and security had become. The avatar-based behavioral system, built to mirror user decisions in real time, had been deployed to automate sensitive processes for a biotech firm during the COVID crisis.

Unbeknownst to anyone, it had been running on top of the Adoptio™ framework when the breach occurred.

The wake-up call was unmistakable: when your digital twin behaves like you, a vulnerability in the system is a vulnerability in you. Adoption wasn’t just a training issue—it was now a security one. What began as an automation layer suddenly felt like behavioral infrastructure.

What the breach revealed is still true today: people, systems, and security are deeply entangled. Behavior is the thread that connects them all.

The First Trial by Fire

During the COVID response effort, a version of the early framework was tapped by DHS to support secure onboarding in a high-stakes environment—one that required alignment between federal standards, partner agencies, and frontline user access.

The framework’s adaptability even caught the attention of internal agency leads exploring behavior-based enablement models beyond traditional training.

What mattered most wasn’t just what was being implemented—it was who needed to adopt it, and how fast. That’s where Adoptio™ proved its edge.

The Framework in Action

What followed was years of testing, refining, and applying the Adoptio™ framework in real client environments, public and private. Along the way, elements like AI-driven nudges, user journey mapping, and even the avatar-based behavioral models were prototyped to fit specific needs.

This wasn’t theory—it was transformation, tested. The framework didn’t just work in principle. It worked in practice.

What Comes Next Starts Here

Adoptio™ is no longer just a framework — it’s a movement. What began as a behavioral insight has evolved into a full ecosystem of tools, training, and transformation-ready systems. Built alongside practitioners, battle-tested across industries, and refined in real-world environments, Adoptio™ continues to grow — one nudge, one shift, one user at a time. We’re not just rethinking adoption. We’re redefining what successful transformation feels like.
